Lead Receptionist

For many of our clients, Emma will be the first point of contact with the practice. Whether on the phone or in person, Emma is there to help you and your pet in the most efficient and caring way possible.

Emma began studying Veterinary Nursing at the age of 15 working as a "Saturday girl" in local vet practices. After leaving college, she took what was meant to be a year out in order to travel which propelled her on adventures to the mediterranean and the arctic circle before settling in the Canary Islands where she stayed until returning to the UK in 2018.

Emma has two daughters who are both studying degree courses within the veterinary profession. A keen horse rider, Emma has always been surrounded by animals and understands how special the bond is between owner and faithful friend.
